Liverpool have reportedly entered the race for 29-year-old Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot. The Frenchmen’s contract expires by the end of June.
His future with Juventus remains unclear and several teams have expressed their interest to sign the French midfielder.
Adrien Rabiot To Liverpool?
Rabiot’s contract with Juventus expires by the end of June and it is still unclear whether he will stay or leave.
There are chances of Rabiot to leave especially since Juventus have put Khephren Thuram in their shortlist.
Rabiot was close to joining Manchester United in 2022, but the deal collapsed between Juventus and United.
Liverpool are looking to bring in a replacement for Thiago and have Adrien Rabiot on their shortlist.
Real Madrid are also reportedly interested to sign Rabiot to replace Kroos, so LFC are likely to face heavy competition.
Rabiot At Juventus And PSG
Primarily a central midfielder, Adrien Rabiot joined Juventus in 2019 after 7 seasons with Paris Saint-Gremain.
Rabiot is a starter in the French national team midfield under Deschamps, The Frenchman has showcased great performances during the World Cup and ongoing Euros.
Rabiot has over 200 appearances for both Juventus and PSG. He was a regular starter for Juventus this season.
Rabiot won two Coppa Italia titles and one Serie A Title with Juventus. He has won all French domestic trophies and helped France reach the 2022 World Cup final.
Adrien Rabiot has played under the likes of Carlo Ancelotti, Allegri, Maurizio Sarri, Didier Deschamps and Andrea Pirlo.
