5 things noticed as Liverpool player reacts to EA FC ratings
It was Diogo Jota and Alexis Mac Allister that gave out this years EA FC ratings to the Liverpool players, and some of these reactions are hilarious.
It was Mac Allister that accompanied Jota this year to do the rating’s reveal video rather than Ibou Konate, who Jota took along with him last year.
Here are 5 things fans notices as the players react to their EA FC 25 ratings.
Federico Chiesa quickest Liverpool player in EA FC 25
Federico Chiesa was rated the quickest among the Liverpool players with 93 pace. Luis Diaz, Dominik Szoboszlai, and Darwin Nunez were stunned to see Chiesa had been rated the quickest.
Szoboszlai who was rated 82 pace jokingly claimed he was faster than Chiesa with his flip-flops on. Darwin Nunez was also stunned to see why Chiesa was the fastest Liverpool player on EA FC.
Curtis Jones claims he is faster than Mac Allister
Curtis Jones was disappointed when he was rated at 68 pace, one less than his teammate Alexis Mac Allister.
“What! No. Bro, I’m quicker than you backwards!” said Jones to Mac Allister, after the Argentine had been rated faster than Jones in EA FC 25. The scouser then said: “OK, cool. I don’t even care about pace ‘cos it’s about with the ball as well, you know what I mean.”
The Liverpool midfielder also added that his shooting (71) and dribbling (81) had to be rated higher on EA FC 25
Nunez Jokes about his playing time
Like all the others Darwin Nunez also felt his ratings should have been higher. Talking in Spanish he said to Diaz, Mac Allister, and Jota: “How would these go up this year? Out of seven games, I spent five on the bench!”
The other players bursts out laughing as they explained to the Liverpool No.9 that the EA FC ratings are based
Gakpo as a striker in EA FC 25
Cody Gakpo was given a striker card, as opposed to a left-winger. The Dutchmen reacted “They don’t have it right, mate.”
Gakpo who’s natural position is on the left, but last season under Jurgen Klopp Gakpo was playing more centrally. This might be reason the Liverpool No.18 was named as a striker in EA FC 25.
Jota and Mac Allister jokes with Caoimhin Kelleher
The Liverpool goalkeeper was given four stars out of five for his weaker foot. Mac Allister shook his head and Jota jokingly said to Kelleher “You always kick it to the stand, mate!”
